We are heading to Colombia in November. Travelling with our bicycles. We will arrive to El Dorado airport 9PM and wondering is there any big minivan or minibus taxis to put our bicycles into ? Is there any chance at all to be transferred from airport with such a big luggage ? How much it will cost ?

Best way is to bike out the airport!! It is not that far from the centre of the city. I did it in January when I flew back from Mexico with my bike.
Is it safe to do it by night in Bogota ?
As any other City ... I would do it. But it is up to you ... Bogota' has many many bike-lanes, colled ciclorutas, probably you can find a map online ... never looked at it.
