I'm thinking of a bike tour of Turkey. Anyone have any advice for a two week tour and places not to miss and best month to go?

Turkey is a country you can cycle most of the year.
Cappadocia is amazing in spring, summer can be hot. In July/August the Black Sea is nice but sometimes hilly. Be prepared.
