Montreal Quebec Canada swap or rent

My place is available while I'm out riding the open roadways.
Exact dates are flexible. If you are planning an extended stay in Montreal, then my pad may be a good fit. I'm looking to:
1 - swap locations for 3 months
2 - rent my place to 1 or 2 riders for 3 months +/- for $700/month (that's what I pay ...), Includes exclusive use of a Giant ATX,wifi, home. Will send pics to interested parties.
I'm open to locations in US/CAN Europe. Open to any reasonable offers.
I live in NDG - cafe's,restaurants,bike paths, easy public transit... hay. ... look it up on maps. Quebec has the most extensive bike path networks in North America.
