hello fellow cyclists,
i am planning to visit Cuba soon (April, May) by my bicycle. i am going to read the book "cycling in cuba". also checking news in www.havanatimes.org as far as i understand we cannot bring gps into the island and need a special permission for that. i have sent e-mail to "Oficina Nacional de Hidrografía y Geodesia" (ONHG or Hydrographical and Geodesic National Office) however i could not get any reply.
is there anyone who have any experience or knows what to do?
