I am cycling from North to South France. Afterwards, I am then heading over to Spain and then up to London by train. Has anyone got any advice on travelling to/from Narbonne in France to/from Barcelona by train but with my bike? It seems the direct train does not allow non-foldable bikes.

en France, il y a 2 types de trains qui acceptent les vélos non démontés.
TER: Train Exprès Régional: les vélos sont admis la plupart du temps sans réservation. Mais sur la ligne Narbonne/Toulouse, l'année dernière pour la saison estivale, une réservation gratuite était obligatoire.
INTERCITES: réservation obligatoire, ce n'est pas cher.
Le site sncf connect est très bien fait pour réserver toi et ton vélo.
Je suis la semaine prochaine en Espagne. Je me renseigne pour Barcelone.

en Espagne, depuis Port-bou, ou depuis Cerbère (France) vers Barcelonne, tous les trains acceptent les vélos gratuitement. Il y a une affichette avec un vélo à l'extérieur du train pour t'indiquer où se trouve les emplacements. En France, c'est la même chose. Les TER (trains français) ne vont que jusqu'à Cerbère ou Port-bou, il te faut changer de train. Bon voyage.
