Has anyone crossed the border from Mexico to usa in 2023? Which border crossing did you use and what was your experience? I am looking at crossing from San Joaquin Mexico to Los indios texas, or the crossing at Progreso into Texas? Thanks! Jean.

While touring Maine (7/22) to Florida (11/22), then to California (3/23), I jogged across into Mexico at El Paso (1/23) to visit friends living in Juarez. Few days later rode back to El Paso.
I again entered Mexico when riding in Arizona (2/23) and exited at Calexico a week or so later.
Border crossings were easy and hassle free.
I love touring Mexico. As is in many less litigious countries, watch the road ahead of you.

Thank you for the info, we plan to ride our bicycles from Mexico to usa in April, crossing at Nuevo de Progreso or Reynosa into Texas. We're looking to get feedback from cyclists who have crossed there. Thanks again for the feedback. Take care. Jean and Pierre..
