Where to go in early March in Western Europe?

Hi everyone! I am a foreign student currently studying in the Netherlands.

From Feb. 26 to Mar. 6, I have a week break and I would like to go on a short tour somewhere that is train-accessible.

Some ideas I had are part of EV 15, the Elbe river cycle path, or EV 12.

Is anyone familiar with these places around this time of year, in terms of scenic conditions?

I feel like if I ride under completely barren trees all day I would be missing much of the natural attraction of some paths. Then I would have been better waiting for the summer. So I would like to find some route that is not too much worse-looking in the winter.

Or perhaps some other suggestion I haven't thought of?
