I start my very first tour tomorrow on the great American rail trail. I'll be starting in Maryland not quite at the very beginning in DC but I am wondering about campsites, warm showers obviously and/or other lodging accommodations in the early part of the trail. Appreciate any information anybody can provide

The trail isn't finished, but I think the eastern-most part is just the C&O Canal/GAP trail. There's lots of information about that online.
