Hey there !
I just started 18th may 2021 a tour from Belgium to North Cape in Norway.
I am currently in Bruges (Belgium) and will head up north through Netherland, Germany, Denmark and crossing to Norway.
Route is not planned, I am very flexible on it ! Amsterdam is the next stop.

I don't think this is possible this year: both Finland and Norway have indicated that they will not open their borders (even to people from other EU countries) until late summer.
By bike there is always a solution � Could be crossing to Sweden then back to Norway by land �
