French users get half of the registration form in English

Hello,

A french new member has reported that half of the registration form is in English, I confirmed the issue at

https://fr.warmshowers.org/user/register

This affectis only French, as I don't get the problem with I change the language in the URL, for example with German the whole page is in German except the "Emergency contact information" mini-form
