accept/deny form

Hi there guys,

First off, thanks for all the effort that's going into upgrading things. The whole site looks bloody neat.

Now, this isn't a moan, but I've just seen and used, for the first time, the accept/deny option with a stay request. Is this brand new? It's certainly the first time I've ever seen it.

Anyway, I pressed deny, thinking that there would be some ability to put the deny into context, but it just whizzed straight off to the requestor.

1 It's quite possible there actually IS an option to add comments or something but because I'm old and technologically illiterate, I didn't see it. Is there that option and if so, where do I find it?

2 If there isn't an option, is there any way to get one, or do I simply press 'deny' and then send a separate message?
