Now when I write messages (not to forum, but private messages), some chars are replaced by U+FFFD (REPLACEMENT CHARACTER) when I view the message again. I don't know what is sent via email, though.
Test: ä (U+00E4) , � (U+1F382).

Wait - you mean there's other languages out there apart from American English? I don't believe it ... ;)
