Turkey to France in winter

Hello,
I will arrive in Turkey in a couple of days. I was planning to get to France cycling during november and december through Greece, albanie, montenegro, croatia, slovenia italia. but i am scared it won't be so nice because of the weather. Someone could give me some advice about roads, weather conditions for november-december in europe?
Maybe we change plans after turkey...
