Howdy! I plan to ride from Oakland to Oxnard the weekend of 10/26. Anyone know a good way to get across to PCH? I hear Dumbarton Bridge is okay for bikes but San Mateo Bridge is not. Is this correct?

Just work your way to san Jose
than using secondary roads go over costal hills to coast
for route do a search for grizzy peak cyclists go to cue sheets find ones that take you to coast
I would suggest to take the "BART"; the Bay area subway system. They will take you from Oakland airport to downtown San Francisco.You can take the street from there. Good luck and tailwinds always. Peace.
