Bicycle shop in Tehran, Iran and how to get to the airport

Hello and Salam/Sobh bekheir fellow cyclists or friends of cyclists.
I came from Berlin and cycled to Tehran. In 3 weeks I would fly back to Germany, but before I want to exchange the rim of my back wheel and need to go somehow to the airport.
Concerning the rim, I already have a new rim, the shop would just need to replace it. Is there any shop near Jomhuriet Blv?
And do you have any recommendations for a way to go to Imam Khomeini Airport with a packed bicycle?
