Miami Fort Lauderdale - best rentals?

I am going to spend the week 15 - 20th of October in Fort Lauderdale and Miami - biking (day-tous only). Any hints on where to go to rent or borrow a bike (with pedals for clips). I am 6 ft 4. Any hints on maps with biking routes? Anders Ekedahl

I will be in Miami in December, if you share you experience in Miami will be nice.
