I want to find someone in La Paz, Baja California Sur, I can ship my bike case too. I want to ship it in December, ride my bike down, and pick it up at the begining of February. Any ideas on how I can acomplish this?

Why not see if there is a Warm Showers host in that place. Ask them if you can post your bike case to them. You may even end up with some accommodation at the end of your ride.
