Hosting in Thailand. TM30

Thai Immigration are now enforcing rules that have been on the books for some time in relation to non Thai nationals staying in private homes. This means that as a tennent if I host a WS guest or any other non Thai person in my home I have to report this on form TM30 and take it to my local Immigration Office. Failure to do this could result in a fine of 1600Baht.
A visit to Chiang Mai Immigration is not on my to do list so have decided reluctantly to stop hosting.
