Storage of soft bike bag in Munich

Hello, I am traveling to and from Munich for 3 weeks this month. My bike transport bag, a Ground effects Tardis packs down to about the size of an A4 ream of paper but I don't particularly want to carry it around on my tour around Bodensee and Black forest. I would imagine the train station would have storage lockers or maybe I could leave it with somebody local. Any thoughts.
