Cycling from Innsbruck to Feldkirch

A few friends and I are hoping to cycle across a bit of europe and were looking to go via Innsbruck and across to Feldkirch. There seems to be a lot of tunnels on the route and I was wondering if anybody knew if cycling through these were allowed? Rough route is taking the 171, 197/190.
Any help would be great thanks, we're on road bikes.
