Place to stay in San Diego

Hi everyone, I arrive in San Diego on Dec 26 after touring Vietnam, and leave on the southern tier on Jan 8 (Matt is arriving sometime around Jan 5). I am looking for a place to rent for this period, hopefully close to downtown. If anyone has a room, or small apartment available we can discuss the price.
