Hi, we are cycling from Toronto to Trenton on the Waterfront Trail over 3-4 days and wanted to camp as there seems to be few warmshowers hosts along the route. I've looked at the great website and maps but I am not seeing any campgrounds but one in Darrington. Does anyone know if there are boat locks or boat slips that we can camp at or any other suggestions? Ant help is appreciated

There is also Presque'ile provincial park in Brighton. Also, go to an ontario tourism site or website and pick up the OPCA booklet. (Ontario private campgrounds association)
I've biked that route as part of a larger trip and stayed at Darlington and at a small private campground called Cobourg East campground that's a bit west of Presqu'ile. If you're willing to bike a tad further into Prince Edward County (a lovely ride), Sandbanks Provinical Park is a fun place to camp.
