I am cycling part of the Via Frances through France to Spain. I'd like to walk the Camino Santiago Compostela the rest of the way to Santiago. Does anyone know of a company, bike shop or person that will ship, send and/or store my bicycle at the other end in Gallicia?

i don't think there is any specific company doing this. there are some doing shippings from home to Roncesvalles and from Santiago to wherever you live, for example this:

you can contact with theme and ask.
maybe your easiest way if this doesn't work is to continue with your bike until Pamplona (46km from Roncesvalles), and ship it from there with any transport or mail company (like the one working with the web, SEUR, or others like MRW or Correos).
