Going to Baja? Is anyone else heading that way in Late January? Info on crossing the border...

I'm in Southern California, expecting to cross into Baja soon, and was hoping to get some up to date information on the border crossing situation and what the best route would be. It would be awesome to hook up with a little crew for the northern section of the country, if anyone is going that way. Thanks.
