Failure of website hosting requests?

Hi.  Is anyone else having trouble with hosts not receiving request from the website? We have requested 3 in Victoria, Australia  in the last 3 weeks and we know one didn't receive the email and we suspect the other 2 may not have as well. Can I encourage hosts to display a mobile number as that was the only way we got in crouch with one host who hadn't got the email.  Also, if your not available, update your status!
