Our flight is leaving amsterdam Aug 20th. Any suggestions on best way to prepare.
How hard is it to get bike box from local bike shop? We would need find some packing material. Pack up boxes in hotel day before. What taxis can handle 2 bike boxes?
Any suggestions on the best area near airport to stay?

Maybe you have figured this out already but you can buy a box at the airport. You can also get them for free at shops. I always csll them if they can save one for me.
